Saison after a bottling day for my homebrewed beer. Bottle. Bottled on: 4.1.2018 Temperature: +8 degrees Yellow color, some hazyness. White, large head is airy and rocky. Very good retention. Beuatiful looking saison: 5/5 Nose has some Brettanomyces funkiness, bright citrus, peppery spiciness and interesting fruitiness (from the Japanese flowering quince most likely). Seems fresh and shiney: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is light, even a bit watery, Medium-high carbonation. Low bitterness. Some stuffiness there, which takes away some of the freshness found in the scent: 2,25/5 Taste: citrus, hay, malts, some faint spicy notes. And only minor wild yeast charecter. Very, very mild taste. This this not bad, just... There is no taste :( 5/15 This beer started so well but then it just totally flopped (but I got this on free, from De Bierliefhebber so no harm done): 7,5/20 =24/50
