Herukkainen, kirpeähkö maku. Ohuelti vadelmaa, ehkä myös kirsikkaa

Foggy, dark redcurrant-juice-colored beer with decent, rapid carbonation pours a cloud-white, tiny-bubbled head that elevates up to mere half a finger's height. The foamy cap contracts soon to a hair-thin lacing on the surface. The scent portrays a good amount of raspberry and redcurrant nectar. I can also detect a silent whisper of strawberry in the shadows. The taste is somewhat sour but unfortunately also rather thin. I receive strong redcurrant juice and a reasonable injection of sour raspberry mash. A tiny dollop of squeezed blackberry and a clear yeasty aroma add their nuances to the package. Brettanomyces is surprisingly shy in this brew. The light-bodied beer ends with medium-sour red berries, predominantly redcurrant which is obvious, but also raspberry which is much less prominent in the finish. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is light, a tad tart and only slightly puckering. It's substantially juicy, very gardeny and neatly summery.
