After my initial first 3 sips I immediately picked up a grassy, floral and spicy hops taste that had a fairly strong pepper taste to it. It calms down a little and I started getting a more floral hay-like taste. Has very light grainy malt. I still keep getting that underlining pepper taste tho. It’s a little like a green pepper taste and I hate green peppers. 🫑🫑🫑. Ruined it for me. Would have been a drain dump if it hadn’t faded quite a bit. This was supposed to be a German style Pilsner. 11/25/24 canned date.
