This is our take on a classic dry Irish Stout recipe. It is full of the roasted barley and malt character and smoothness expected from the style, but with a subtle fruitiness inherit of the Irish yeast used.

Medium-high dark tan head. Doesn't last. Very dark brown color. No external flavors, no coffee no chocolate. Not a real strong flavor, has a roasted, smoky taste. Think this was the way the original stouts would have tasted. Good, basic dark beer. Love it!
