I like this, it’s a good colour, with a nice pleasant aroma. There’s a dry, sourness but it’s not overpowering it a nice herby, slightly lemony flavour with that wildness of foraged ingredients. It’s tart but in. Good way. I’ve got another “Garden brewery” beer waiting in the fringe and after this I’m really looking forward to it.
