Bottled on:? Temperature: +9 C Yellow-colored with orange hues. Small head with poor retention. Even though this is a mixed culture fermented, that's simply really poor foam for a Saison. There's also lots of yeast particles in the glass, despite I poured the beer carefully: 2/5 The nose has a complex sourness with a hint of Saison yeast peppery spiciness. Some funk, and a touch of peach or apricots. I'd guess this has some age as the fruit aromas are almost dead. Some faint vinegary notes as well. The scent is a complex mixture. Not what I expected but very good still: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is medium-light with a strong funky sour feel. Damn, the beer punches hard straight to your mouth! There's nothing subtle about this and I absolutely love it! 4,5/5 The taste is sour with a sweet-ish apricot and peach. The apricot is a stronger one between these two fruits. There's also quite a noticeable malty flavor and I feel it gets a bit irritating especially if you concentrate on it. The beer also has a strong earthy "Farmhouse" flavor before a sticky, lingering aftertaste strikes: 10,75/15 Somewhat mixed feelings about this one🤷‍♂️on the other hand I love that the beer is an all-around badass with nothing weak about it, but then, maybe this is too much all over the place. And I'm not a big fan of that malty flavor. Also also, I personally don't find any oak flavors or aromas in this one. I wonder how old the beer is: 14/20 =36/50
