We partnered with some of the best UK breweries in the game to create this 7% DDH IPA. The lead hop in this year’s beer is Sabro, a variety that’s fresh out of YCH's hop development programme. This new variety brings notes of lime zest, grapefruit, tropical flavours and coconut.
We paired this with fresh Simcoe, dry-hopped with Citra and added Chinook and Columbus to the whirlpool.

Sourinen twisti tuo mukavan toisen ulottuvuuden tähän.

Tuoksussa makeampaa trooppista hedelmää: aprikoosia, appelsiinia, ananasta, melonia.

Normally not a fan of DIPAs, especially DDH ones. But this seems to be lacking the harshness I expected and actually leaves you wanting more. Heavy in the mouth yet easy drinking for a 7% beer. A fantastic example of hops, I guess its uniqueness of flavour is down to the newly developed Sabro hops.

I was full of expectation for this considering the brewery’s involved.
However it is nothing amazing.
It’s a good solid IPA
But I would say it’s a case of two many cooks spoil the brew! What input could they all have had!?
It’s ok tho
