une NEIPA avec un nez fruité, des notes céréalières et plus particulièrement d’avoine, une robe trouble de couleur orange pale, une fine mousse blanche qui disparaît rapidement, pas étonnant vue le style, une faible carbonation, une bonne attaque en bouche accompagnée d’une fine amertume en fin de bouche due aux houblons et à l’avoine, une bonne rondeur, des arômes de fruits tropicaux qui se terminent sur une note sèche.

Ja sitten lasiin Loka Pollya😊 Samea, oranssi, nektaria muistuttava pale ale. Päällä höttöinen parin sormen vaahto. Jätti pitsit mennessään. Tuoksu on makean trooppishedelmäinen (mango, hunajameloni), lisänä sitrus, appelsiini. Suutuntuma kevyt, keskihapokas , paksu. Maku kepeän hedelmäinen, mangoa pääasiassa, lisänä papayaa, appelsiinia ja hentoisesti ruohoa, yrttiä. Kevyen pehmeä vehnäinen runko. Kuivaa vaikka hedelmäistä. Kaikkiaan helppoa juotavaa, ei turhan paljon katkeroa, enemmän hedelmää ja vehnää.

Man this is a good beer. It’s a juicy, hazy yellow. There’s a lemony, sharp aroma with a nice crisp clean hoppy bitterness to it. It’s the first beer I’ve tried from this brewery although I’ve done gigs at the theatre in Mold. If I could find a way I’d combine the two.
