The aroma has coffee, roastiness, and a hint of licorice. The mouthfeel is dry, light-ish, clean, balanced, and slightly bitter. In the flavor, there's roastiness, dark slightly bitter coffee, chocolate, and a bit of ashiness. The aftertaste is dry and roasty, leaving a dry and slightly bitter coffee flavor in the mouth, with a touch of grapefruit. In the end, though, it’s pretty nice. I do like these slightly lighter dry stouts. In my opinion, this is a pretty spot-on execution. ______________ Tuoksussa on kahvia, paahteisuutta ja hieman lakritsia. Suutuntuma on kuiva, kevyehkö, puhdas, tasapainoinen ja hieman karvas. Maussa on paahteisuutta, tummaa hieman kitkerää kahvia, suklaata ja hieman tuhkaisuutta. Jälkimaku on kuiva, paahteinen ja jättää suuhun sellaisen kuivan ja hieman karvaan kahvin maun, jossa myös greippiä. Lopulta kuitenkin aika jees. Tykkään kyllä tämän tyylisistä vähän kevyemmistä kuivista stouteista. Tämä on mielestäni aika tyylipuhdas suoritus.

Au nez c'est assez puissant mais en bouche c'est plutôt doux. Des notes chocolatées et fumée mais elle manque de matière, d'épaisseur, trop acqueuse je trouve et les saveurs sont finalement faible pas rapport à ce qu'on a à l'odeur. Elle se boit bien quand même mais je m'attendais à plus de puissance en bouche.
