A light but tasty Cornish bitter which has a balanced flavour between roasted malt and subtle citrus hops. It has a biscuit and caramel malt character with a light nutty and roasted barley flavour, and is finished with subtle clean citrusy hops that provide a complex bitterness without overwhelming the malt flavours.

A really decent session beer with toffee and biscuit notes. A classic bitter.

Another new ale to the list for me. A traditional best bitter brew. Floury head. But very light bodied pint and could easily drink this all day long.
