Semiclear to clear, medium-ruby beer with moderate, hasty carbonation lays a timid, off-white, silky head. The top becomes quickly almost still with a skinny lace circle only. The scent is substantially sour and rich in berries: massive redcurrant and cranberry gain still further backup from a bit of rowanberry. Appealing! The first sip puckers the tongue and gums just as nicely as I expected, based on the fragrance: strongly sour redcurrant is the main skeleton of the palate. Fresh cranberry mash accompanies the tart gustatory experience neatly. I also depict a tiny injection of rowanberry and a faint note of red wine. The body is astonishingly light. The beer finishes with the same gustatory elements as upfront, no further or changed nuances can be identified. The aftertaste pinches the gums for a rather long time. The mouthfeel is extraordinarily tart and puckering but also light. It's additionally juicy, significantly natural and very distantly fermented as if cellared. The mouthfeel is also relatively simple but really appealing. A little vinous touch and a more robust body would have made this perfect.

Etikett 2* Geruch 4* Aussehen 4* Geschmack 3* Durchschnittliches Sourbier. Leider bleibt nach dem Trinken ein sehr trockener Geschmack im Mund zurück.
