Best before: end 2022 Temperature: +11 C Aaaaand once again beer bought from Belgium in a box - webshop is overly carbonated....this store clearly doesn't store their beers properly, or I just have had extremely bad luck... Or perhaps something has happened during transportation🤷‍♂️Luckily this is Saison so maybe I can live up with it. Beautiful bright yellow color but due to over carbonation, very tall white and fluffy head that seems to last forever. Pretty: 4,5/5 The nose is wonderful, bright spiciness with a hint of lemongrass and lemon peel. Extremely crisp and refreshing. Wau: 4,5/5 Very high carbonation, crips malty backbone with spicy yeast feel. effervescent: 4,25/5 Taste starts with a light malty taste which is not as crispy as it has been upon to this point. Then comes spicy punch with a slightly tart fruity taste. Touch of coriander -it seems- finishes the taste. Complex and tasteful: 12,75/15 Such an awesome Saison. One of the best I've ever tasted! First Fantôme for me and most definitely not the last one! Plenty of character and style: 17,5/20 =43,5/50

Kultaisen kirkas saison, jossa valkea höttöinen pumpulivaahto, joks jättää pieniä pilviä lasin reunoille. Tuoksu on yrttisen kuiva ja kyllä tästä kummituksen tunnistaa. Suutuntuma on ärhäkän yrttinen ja hapokas. Liiallista purskuttelua on syytä välttää ellei halua poskien auki poksahtavan. Maussa löytyy eukalyptuksen ja korianterin raikkautta. Kuivakan raikas pakkaus.
