The Italian Job has a very sweet coffee smell to it. It tastes of sweet coffee and cream. The head does disappear down to a thin layer on the surface. Personally I would say this is way over carbonated in the tins

For a Wilde Child very dissapointed. I an sure it's far superior on keg or cask. In tin just too gassy
