Sweet aroma. Taste has notes of honey, cloves, some fruitiness (cherries I think), peppery spiciness and a slight sour note (from the yeast according to the description) that leaves almost as soon as it shows up. Medium-light body with a medium carbonation. 10% abv that is very well hidden. I guess this is a saison, but drinks more like a saison/strong ale hybrid. Enjoyable enough, but definitely a one and done beer for me. Glad I tried it. 3.5/5

An interesting beer that had a surprising fizz to the dark ale flavours. Unfortunately, the fizz overwhelms the flavours to really make this a better than average beer.

Join tämän ensimmäisen kerran Jouluna 2015 ja oli todella hyvää. Kaikki tasapainossa, mutta näthi mukavan humalan maun suuhun. Nyt Jouluna 2018 juotu kääntyi Abtin puoleen enemmän, ei huono tämäkään, mutta tykkäsin aiemmin nautitusta.
