I didn’t pick up much ginger on the first sip but then it kicked in pretty heavily. Add some medium cinnamon, light vanilla, roasted malt, very light chocolate. This is sweet but has an equal amount of bitterness too. It is thin for a stout. I don’t pick up the honey that is listed on the can. Pretty tasty and would probably be better around Christmas. Canned 11/19/23. Thank god it was bourbon barrel aged and is 9.2%.

Complex flavours. Warming cinnamon, spicy ginger, soft creamy milk, sweet honey. All combining to make the perfect Christmas beer

Beer share among friends. Very light aroma. Faint gingerbread smells. Taste has the same. Good flavor that I'm sure was much stronger when it was fresh. 4/5

Bourbon barrel aged gingerbread stout. So much going on, so much complexity and depth of flavour. A definite sipper
