Une belle acidité et une touche boisée.

Flight 4/4. Looks classical with a limpid gold hue. The thickest foam of all four samples. Bright white and moussy, climbs anxiously on the glass. Butter cracker and cereal emanate to my nose first. Grainy wheat malt but not very powerfully grainy though. A faint floral note hovers in the background. The taste is light-sour with wheat malt, lemon zest, lemon pith, a pinch of nectarine and a floral hint. Easy but not bland. By no means. Actually quaffable. The light-bodied beer offers citrusy and floral flavors also in the end. The aftertaste manages to stay alive for a good while. The mouthfeel is light, floral, springly, moderately tart and faintly pungent in the throat. All fine though. Better flight than yesterday. 👍🏻
