This is an inter little beer, clear as a bell, light head that doesn’t hang around. There’s a slight citrusy aroma but the overwhelming aroma and taste, come to it, is of Ginger. Crystallised ginger. It’s a very clean tasting beer with a little sharpness. I like the sour style offerings from Gipsy Hill and this doesn’t disappoint.
