750ml green glass; pours rich golden, crystal clear, gentle carbonation; on the nose complex and rich, stewed apples, apple sauce and wet orchard floor, followed by summer meadow notes, fresh hay, dried flowers and leather; in the mouth funky und fresh, cooked apples with zippy acidity, gentle tannins balance lemony levels beautiful with astringency and dryness, medium carbonation levels bring tannic bitterness to a lingering finish, whilst fruity apple notes play with leather character and gently round the cider off; overall a great example of a dry French cidre with plenty of juicy stewed apples balanced with zest acidity and barnyard character, rich, complex indulgent and refreshing

Cidre léger et assez sucré pour du brut.

Pour ma 100 bière goûtée, quoi de plus original que de finir par ..... Du cidre (je savais pas que c'était référencé sur l'app 😅) Rien à dire, un bon cidre qui se déguste bien
