The only Trappist bock ale in the world. Chestnut-coloured with a beige head. The characteristic aromas of roasted malt, coffee and nuts are clearly present. This unique seasonal ale has a dry, smoked and herbal flavour and a vigorous bitterness, which fuses amazingly with a liquorice undertone. A bitter-sweet, long-lasting dry aftertaste of roasted coffee.

Ein Holländer von Markus, Sachen gibt's, merci schonmal und ich bin gespannt.
Dunkles Kastanienbraun mit voluminösem grobem Schaum.
Angebranntes Milchkaramell in der Nase.
Herber Antrunk, röstig, trocken holzig mit mittlerer Säure. Leicht alkoholisch, nun auch wieder das michige Karamell, dazu etwas dunkles Obst und röstiger Kaffee.
Ja interessante Aromen, irgendwie aber nicht so wirklich stimmig, packt mich daher auch nicht richtig. 🤷🏼♂️
