Flemish Sour Ale, fermented with our own wild house yeast strain 'Morpheus'. This beer is the base beer for the barrel aged Cuvée Sofie (Cuvée Freddy dedicated to Sofie). A great balance between sweet and sour.

Helvetin hyvä perus sour ilman mitään sen suurempia marjojen ja hetelmien makuja. Hyvä happamuus, ei oo liian makea ja sopiva karvaisuus. Jatkoon

Hapan olut. Ei oikein muuta sanottavaa. Ei anna mitään erityistä elämystä. Plussaa on, ettei alkoholi maistu läpi, vaikka on vahva olut.
