We add fresh spring spruce pine tips foraged from our own forests to each batch to give a mild, fresh taste of the Finnish forest. Resulting in a refreshing take on a classic, crisp and medium-bodied, the bittersweet spruce pine notes. Pairs well with smoked fish, grilled sausages or burgers, especially those from Hapala's kitchen.
