The beer colors medium-hazy, deep amber as it fills the glass from tap. Regular, rapid carbonation creates a snow-white, mousse-like head that exceeds one finger and settles soon to a creamy lace ring. The withdrawing foam clings tightly onto the wall of the glass and leaves covering patterns on it. The nose gets attractive grapefruity hops and remote caramel. The palate offers hefty grapefruit peel and some grapefruit juice, all in all reasonable fruity hops, topped up by distant crackers. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with quite standard light-hoppy aftertaste that gears towards relatively mild grapefruit. The aftertaste remains long in mouth. The mouthfeel is light and light-crisp as well as a tad mouth-drying.
