Could Brut be the new New England in trendy styles of beer? La Pirata collab with Northern Monk. Looking forward to this. Fizzy, citrusy hops (Citra for sure) and mouth-drying feel. Aftertaste might be a tad too light tastewise but keeps up with the fizziness and dry mouthfeel. Good example of Brut. Trendy now, could it be in future? We'll see. Das Bier hat einen spannenden Körper, umgeben von Aromen tropischer Früchte wie Mango, Ananas, Maracuja und Grapefrucht. Das alles liegt eher auf der trockenen und dennoch saftigen/spritzigen Seite. Bei diesem Bier überrasche mich die Note, welche mittelstark nach Cannabis roch/schmeckte...! Geil!😻

Le style brut IPA est vraiment sympa. Plus sèche et moins fruité. La pirata ? J adore leur trame 👍
