Kypsynyt reilu kaksi vuotta pullossa. Tuoksussa todella hyvin tyrniä ja sopivasti kirpeytyä. Maku on pehmeä, tyrninen ja mukavan hapan. Oli kyllä hyvän makuinen lambic.

Erinomainen lambic. Tyrnin maku voisi olla vielä enemmän esillä. Jos olisi niin saisi heittämällä 5/5

Nyt oli muuten kova olut! Aivan tajuttoman hyvä tuoksu, jossa reippaasti tyrniä, hieman yrttisyyttä, vihreää kirpeää omenaisuutta ja villihiivaa. Maku jatkaa todella hapanta ja kirpsakkaa linjaa.. tyrniä löytyy niin alku kuin jälkimausta reippaasti! Hapokasta tyrniä, kirpeää sitrusta, villihiivaa, omenaa, vehnää ja maanläheistä vibaa.. Suht edullinen pullo kaikenlisäksi!!

It's my lucky day since Pien Shop & Bar sells today this interesting Lambic in 15 cl portions. I have always wanted to taste this but never had a chance. I haven't wanted to sit down and have the whole 75 cl bottle at Pien, so this opportunity of having a decent sip is really welcome. In addition, I'm in a hurry for the other commitments, so I have to write down the key words of my review and finish the glass in about ten minutes. 😥 The beer displays a murky, orange color. The restrained, hasty carbonation pours a clean white, subdued head that descends quickly to a neat lace ring circling the surface. The scent is sour vinous, offering easily recognizeable sea-buckthorn and a whisper of rowanberry. I can also detect bitter wheat malt in the fragrance. The taste meets my expectations and even more: hefty, extraordinarily sour sea-buckthorn occupies every nook of the mouth and puckers the gums seriously. A bit lemony nuance and dry sparkling wine make their way through to my tastebuds although the sea-buckthorn almost overpowers them. The body is relatively light. The same gustatory package continues into the finish. The sea-buckthorn is massive and truly lovely. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for long. The mouthfeel is substantially tart and deeply puckering, considerably dry as well as mouth-drying. On the other hand, it's also very refreshing, significantly natural, noticeably juicy and attractively summery. It goes without saying that the mouthfeel is vinous and relatively Belgiany. I have a weird perversion towards sour tastes and this lovely brew hits straight the bull's eye. Pity that time is so short now, there would have been nine other appealing beers for sampling. Better luck next time.

Tyrnilambic. Aikamoisen hypen sai aikaan viime vuonna. Pulloja jonotettiin ties kuinka monta kertaa. Pienen bottlesharen kautta tuli nyt mahdollisuus maistaa tätä hype-mehua. Hieman yli vuosi sitten pullotettu. Tuoksu on hapan, syksyinen, miedon sitruksinen ja tyrnimehuinen. Maku ei olekaan niin hapan kuin kuvittelin. Toki happamuutta löytyy, mutta nyt ainakin se on siedettävällä tasolla. Oikein miellyttävä kokonaisuus oikeastaan. Hapan mun makuun. Kyllä niitä pulloja silti kannattaa vielä säilytellä jos on vain mahdollista ja malttia. Maku tulee varmuudella pehmenemään tästä vielä. 4.2
