Served cool, the beer turns a slightly cloudy blond with a dense head and plenty of bubbles. Pleasant, fresh and fruity aroma of citrus and a zest of lime. The taste is nicely balanced with the sweetness of the malt and a firm bitterness originating from the hops. The delicious citrus note provides a delicate and refreshing taste, which results in an excellent dry aftertaste.
Date is printed on the cap as DD.MM.YY, and indicates how long the beer will retain its properties if it is stored under the right conditions. This date is also the batch number.

Best before 2026.11.20. Typical Belgian notes - spicy, floral, little fruity. Not too high carbonation.

No. 3….
….der flandrischen Legende für mich und das wahrscheinlich “Normalste”. Gespannt wie ein Flitzebogen bin ich trotzdem und erwarte einfach mal nicht zuviel.
Mit seinen 5,9% Alkohol ist es ja ein Leichtgewicht und steht trüb mit vielen, unterschiedlich großen Schwebepartikeln und feinporigem Schaum vor mir.
Zu riechen gibt es auch gering fruchtige Aromen von Steinobst, vor Allem aber trockene, sektige Noten mit Traube.
Der Antrunk ist hefig trocken und fruchtig. Aprikose, Birne und helle Traube sind präsent und die Karbonisierung liegt eigentlich im unteren Bereich, prickelt aber einen Augenblick später.
Kurz danach begleitet bis zum Finale eine herbe Bittere die genannten Aromen.
Ein schönes Blond habe ich da im Kelch, sehr eigenständig, sehr fein.
