Now let’s try a true German festbier. The malt side leans towards crackers and honey. Hoppy side has a herbal and spicy hop bitterness. Crisp and clean. Finishes dry. Overall at first I thought it was super light. The flavor then quickly started making more of a presence. It also lingers in the mouth. Not the greatest German festbier I’ve had but still has a way better taste than the American attempts at the style. Bottle on 9/6/26.

Sehr süffiges Märzen und tolles Festbier. Kann man dem Fürsten ideal servieren. Ein weiteres gutes Bier aus dem Hause "Hofbräuhaus Traunstein"
