Mural Agua Fresca
4.2% Fruit / Vegetable Beer
Produced in partnership with Primus Cerveceria (@primuscervecera), a leading Mexican craft brewery based in Mexico City founded by three cousins, Rodolfo, Jaime, and Rebeca. Mural is our joint homage to the classic agua fresca that also pushes the boundaries of what a beer can be. In Mexico, the agua fresca is everywhere. They're usually found in street food markets and feature a blend of seasonal fruits. Our cerveza takes inspiration from agua frescas and features hibiscus, agave, watermelon, and lime for a fresh, vibrant sip.

Hedelmäistä kivennäisvettä muistuttaa. Hieman melonia ja loppuun sitruunat. Helvatan kuumaan saunaan voisi olla parhaimmillaan. Ihme viritys.

Am really ambivalent on this beer. Nice aged amber color with no head at all. Aroma has hints of watermelon and citrus. To me the taste is a medley of watermelon rind, lime and hints of cucumber and bitterness. Not what I expected and just enough to put on my one and done list.

Figured I’d try as it is different. I mainly get lime and watermelon at first and thru out. The agave and hibiscus kick in around mid way thru. Has a light tartness to it. I think it tastes more like a soda then beer. Not something I’d really seek out or even want again.

Ok this is definitely a different take on beer. Greeted with a slight pinkish white foam that quickly disappeared. Aroma brings hints of floral, citrus, and watermelon. First taste was not what I expected, slight sweet undertone wirh hops that goes to a tart, dry finish that reminds me of watermelon rind. Not at all unpleasant, just a trip my taste buds wasn't expecting yet a nice experience.
