Ible is a light Weissbier designed for the summer months, when the sun is high in the sky and the swallows are circling. With a noticeable hint of bubblegum, Ible is hazy, effervescent and pale golden, with an enjoyable banana and clove character from the Bavarian yeast strain employed. This beer is best enjoyed in the beer garden with a pretzel. Prost!
