Kurzrezi aus dem Locksmith Brewhouse: Das Happy Pils macht nicht unbedingt happy. Leicht fruchtig, etwas hellmalzig, kaum Bittere. Also wenig Pils.

Leicht trüb, strahlend goldgelb, bedeckt mit schneeweißem Schaum kommt es daher. Grasig-hopfig und zarte Zitrusnoten begrüßen die Nase, gefolgt von trockenem, schlank und herbem Antrunk. Florale Hopfennoten füllen den Gaumen, im Finish trocken, herb und lang anhaltender Bittere. Ein besonderes Pils, sehr geradeaus, aber kein Mainstream.
