Ship Full of IPA 0.0% is our first non-alcoholic beer. We take the original 5.8% beer then use vacuum distillation we remove the alcohol. The sweetness of the malt means that this 0.0% retains a full body. We dry-hop for a second time with Amarillo, Citra, Cascade, Ella, and Galaxy. Magnum was used in the whirlpool.

J'ai été fourvoyé, je pensais pas que c'était sans alcool, mais franchement, j'ai remarqué qu'as la moitié de la bouteille que quelque-chose clochait.

Alkoholittomaksi ipaksi ihan säällinen katkeroa kunnolla, mutta hedelmäisyys vähän ohutta ja pistävää. Shortly in English: Quite ok as an non alcoholic ipa. Proper bitterness, but fruitiness is little bit thin and stingy.
