About 10 months of cellar age on this one. This beer has aged beautifully in the cellar. The tart cherries have settled down and become more sweet, the chocolate is very tasty, just amazing. I may put my remaining bottles back in the cellar. I originally took them all out due to how the last bottle I tried tasted, but proper cellaring does this one wonders. 4.25/5

Aroma has cherries (of course) and a bit of a smokiness to it. Taste has cherries and a good deal of smokiness and bitterness. This isn't the beer I remember. Age has done nothing positive for this one. Tastes like a dry cherry stout, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just not what I was expecting going into this one. No chocolate notes like before. It's good though. Just not very good like the last time I had it. 3.25/5

Subtle cherry and some chocolate in the aroma. Taste has a more pronounced, more tart cherry. Not overwhelming tart, but it'll get your attention. Following this, the chocolate shows up and is milky. No alcohol detected, very well hidden. This is sweet, but not dessert sweet. Would make a good dessert beer, but would be equally good anytime you're in the mood for a flavored stout. Well done. 4/5
