In 2014, Damm set up a project with Prades Town Council and the Prades Cooperative to study whether it would be possible to grow Mediterranean hops in Prades, as part of the Prades 20.20 programme. The climate and the type of terrain are very similar to the world's most important hop producing regions. August 2017 saw our first harvest. Complot is our Mediterranean IPA. A complex recipe, which, in addition to Nugget hops from Prades, uses 7 other hops (Summit, Willamette, Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic). An intense beer with hints of tropical and citrus fruits.
