They make good interesting beers in Croatia. This is pale yellow with not much of a head, it’s got an aroma that I can’t quite place, it’s kind of sharp and slightly fruity. The taste is sharp and the gooseberry flavour just adds to the sourness, I’m not really getting the elderflower but there’s something there. Good work yet again.
