Lucid, light copper beer completes the taster from keg. A tame, off-white, soapy head is formed on top where it lingers as a thin lace ring for much longer. The scent is introvert with some predictable grapefruit and lemon. The taste is fruity and summery with zesty grapefruit and a distant caramelly note. The light-bodied brew finishes with soft zesty grapefruit that is light-hoppy, some bread and a grainy nuance. The aftertaste teases the taste receptors for some time. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth, relatively light, rather refreshing and truly summery.
