O'Hara's Irish Pale Ale

Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist, combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of APAs, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more. Zesty and refreshingly bitter the finish is long. With a copper tone body and topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

Une robe ambrée et une mousse légère. Au nez, le parfum est acidulée et le malt est prédominant. En bouche, c'est extrêmement floral avec une amertume persistante au palais. Malheureusement, les saveurs florales écrasent complètement les autres notes d'agrume et de caramel finement perceptible. Une Dry Hopped IPA riche en saveurs mais déséquilibrée.

La nieve de detrás no se ve en la foto pero en en Praga ahora mismo está nevando y hace un frío. La fumada ya pasó, menos mal, la cerveza tremenda aunque no es muy checa y después a comer un buen Pork'S

On pehmeä ja mukavan täyteläinen ale. Toffeeta, hyvin hento katkeroinen havu. Ei tyhmiä makeuksia tai hedelmiä. Yksinkertainen, mutta siis ah niin pehmeä ja runsaan toffeinen, pienellä kuivuudella.
