Beer @ Christiania. Clear, deep gold beer with relatively rich, sustained carbonation unleashes a pure white, tiny-bubbled head that falls short of half a finger's height. The foam descends rushedly to a hair-thin lace ring on top. The glass is left untouched after the retreating head. The scent is thin with pale malt and a distant note of honey. The taste is weak: standard pale malt, moderate hops and a extraordinarily faint grassy nuance. The body is rather skinny. The beer ends hastily with the same lame package as before. The mouthfeel is thin, standard bulky, industrial and uninspiring.
