Another from the collaboration case. This one with riot brewing co. An elegant crystal clear gold but not really any head on it. If I was handed this in a blind test I'd swear it was a slightly yeasty pear cider. It releases a bit more of the sour scent when swirled but the pear is very obvious. The ships is clean crisp and tastes like a pear cider with a ghost of pale grainy malt sweetness to it. When allowed to linger in the mouth it becomes evident that the taste is indeed sour and not tart like a cider. It's nice.
