Has a bubblegum flavor and grassy/piney hops. Moderate bitterness lingers in the aftertaste for a while. 3.5/5

Starts out citrusy, gets piney in the mid-palate and finishes citrusy and malty. Nice beer. I'd have this again. 3.5/5

Bourbon, dark fruits and chocolate in the aroma. Taste has dark fruits and roasted malts first, followed by dark chocolate and bourbon. The bourbon is more present in the mid-palate and back end. Aftertaste is mostly bourbon with some roasted malts showing up again. The star is definitely the dark fruits. The bourbon is pretty subtle, but what's there is tasty. Medium-ish body with an appropriately lower carbonation. This is tasty. The bourbon could be stronger, more body and more oak presence would be a great addition. 4/5

Some coffee on the nose. Oh wow. This is a sweet flavor explosion. Coffee, sweet caramel. Some chocolate too. There's a lot going on here. This borders on dessert beer. Very sweet for a Russian imperial stout. It's good though, just not at all what I expected. I don't know what I think about this one. It's really not as described, but it's pretty tasty. I don't know that I'd buy it again, but I'd drink it again, preferably on draft. 3.25/5
