Decent wheat beer. Flavor is pretty light. Pretty refreshing. I'd drink it again. 3.5/5

Sweet malty aroma. Taste has sweet malts and an almost apple-like flavor. As far as doppelbocks go, this is a tad bit sweet for the style. The body is medium with a medium-low amount of carbonation. Good, nothing more. 3.5/5

Had this on February 18th
Lansing area Barrel Aged Beer Trail stop #5 of 9
Definitely an interesting taste. Slightly sour note, which I've experienced with other barrel aged beers from here. Not a bad beer. 3.5/5

Solid lager. Interesting bitterness that's common with beers from overseas, perhaps due to the difference in ingredients. 3.75/5

As a beer, i like this one. As a porter, i'm not sure. It's got a fruitiness that isn't typical of a porter. Almost has a cider vibe going on. I love me a barrel aged beer, but I'll take the regular version over this version. 3.25/5

Quite smooth. Chocolate and a bit bready in the taste. Chocolate comes more alive as it warms. I don't remember how I felt about this one last time, but I like it. Might pick up a howler at some point. 3.5/5
