wow, not what I expected. First taste is citrusy sweet, then finishes on a sour note. Likely a one and done for me.

Uncommon Stout

6.4% Oatmeal Stout. Bent River Brewing Company.

Has a medium fresh coffee, light to medium roasted malt, light dark chocolate taste. It’s actually a little sweet and not bitter. Nothing from an oatmeal perspective. A little on the thin side. Overall a decent coffee stout even though it is not advertised as a coffee on the bottle.

Has a bready malt with a lemongrass hops taste. Has a slightly sour aftertaste that I'm not quite digging. That drops a 1/2 star from my perspective

Happy Friday. Has a tropical citrus and pine hops taste. Citrus is mango & pineapple. Has a light malt background that helps even it out some. Has a funky aftertaste I can't finger tho. Not the greatest IPA but decent
