Good standard English ale

I can certainly taste the chocolate malts & coffee flavours in this RDA (rich, dark ale). Very nice I.O.W island brewery brew.

Decent enough bitter quite malty.

Well this is interesting neither foul nor fair. A strange brew but almost a bitter.

Another lovely English bitter. This is tasty and enjoyable ahead of the England game.

Looks fizzier than it tastes. A decent enough golden ale.

Golden IPA brewed with Simcoe & Cascade hops, slight malt sweetness with a bitter hoppy finish.

I love an impromptu day out, Isle of Wight here I come! Refreshing, slightly dry and quite bitter. Gentle and crisp malt backbone compliments the bitterness. Very British in hop character but with an extra dimension or two. Something about it that just says there’s more to it than a smattering of British hops. Nice beer, nice breeze, and what a day for it?!
