Zacht fruitige hoppige smaak, droge licht zure afdronk

Limpid. Deep gold. Decent carbonation. An airy cloud-white head exceeds one finger and retreats soon to a messy billowy lace ring on the top. Pale malt and a bit of cracker in the fragrance. The olfactory supply is really narrow, nothing reminds of a Belgian Blond. Pale malt also on the tongue. Modestly bitter, grassy. Must be the hop effect. Lemon, orange peel and dried apricot can also be detected. The body is thin. Ends with grassy hops and a hint of malt only. The mouthfeel is thin, marginally crisp, clean, balanced and quaffable. Flavorful but not phenomenal. I wouldn't recognize this as a Belgian Blond though.

Très surprenant au départ. Puis c’est bon ! Amertume assez forte. Goût et nez de cidre extra brut sans le fruit. Saveurs délicates après le premier rush. Sympa et goûteux. Particulier.
