Deep amber pour with a thin tan head. Rich brown sugar note interlaced with a yeasty-spiced aroma. Begins with a bitter-crisp texture, short hoppy punch in the middle, followed by a hit of sweetness at the back of your throat. Some cinnamon. Coats your palate with a pleasant sticky texture followed by a pleasant lasting floral hop finish. Mild boquet of sea-saltiness which I find common in Japanese bier and sake. Very drinkable brew.
