Walked to the fridge. Opened the fridge door and peeked inside. I saw Zonnetje standing there. Zonnetje is the Dutch word for little sun or sunny. It winked at me. I grabbel the bottle and got rid of the cap. It started to foam immediately and streamed out of the bottle. What a mess. Found my favourite tanker and poured in the beer. Foam alert again! So I got a cheeky pretaste. As an IPA should be. Nothing more, nothing less.

Black liquid. Beige foam that stays! The smell!! Vanilla and butterscotch!! The taste!! A stout, that is sure! But there is more. I had the urge to eat cake, chocolate, fudge or treacle pancakes. What a drink. A niche in the stout market. Lovely!
