Beautiful red orange color. The smell is very interesting with red fruit strawberry and cherry notes and also jalapeno notes. .9 Very interesting jalapeno and cherry attack! The two mix beautifully in a very balanced way! We also have additional red fruit notes here like strawberry. 1 Then the jalapeno burns nicely and is a bit eased up by the red fruit (cherry and strawberry). .9 The aftertaste is jalapeno with a fruity cherry dimension. The burning still lingers for a while. .9 Overall that’s an EXCELLENT beer! The cherry offers nice red fruit notes and is perfectly balanced with the jalapeno!! The beer is decently complex and very well balanced, but I wouldn’t go for it if you don’t like the jalapeno burns. The promises are kept and the beer is original: GREAT! 1

Nice smell with maple syrup notes. .9 Maple syrup frank attack. .9 Then more complex floral and caramel notes develop along with the maple syrup. .9 The aftertaste offers a gentle sweetness and continues with similar maple syrup and caramel notes. .8 Overall a nice Baltic porter with good notes, a nice complexity and also well balanced. Also, we don’t feel the high percentage which is always a very big green flag! .9
