Nice head, low carbonation and clear color. The smell has hints of honey, and a few herbaceous notes. We also have some malt cereal and fresh bread notes. Very nice. .9 Beautiful herbaceous and malted attack. .9 The body is light but it’s malty. We have fruity notes of watermelon, and a bit of prune maybe? .9 The aftertaste is indeed a bit earthy (it reminds a bit of peat like in peated whiskey!), still with a nice malt perspective. We also have a gentle bitterness. .9 Overall that’s exactly what I expect from this kind of beer! All the promises are kept, the notes are great and well balanced. Good beer! 1

Milk chocolate smell. Very good, you can’t tell you’re smelling a beer it’s like smelling real chocolate. 1 Beautiful chocolate attack. 1 Then the chocolate continues to develop. We have floral and honey notes there too that brings a nice sweetness. 1 The aftertaste continues to offer a milk chocolate perspective that’s still quite powerful! .9 Overall, I’m very impressed by this beer! The promises are 100% kept because it’s very chocolate forward. .9

The smell is fruity with smooth raspberry notes. .9 Beautiful fruity raspberry attack. It’s smooth, even a bit sweet and very expressive on the raspberry. 1 Then, we have further sweet flavors that develop nicely, still with a raspberry forward dimension. 1 The aftertaste is nice too and continues in this perspective. .8 Overall a very nice beer! Amazing aromas that really explode in the mouth. Great! .9
