A third non-sahti homebrew. A very low-alc session IPA with NZ hops. Hazy yellow. A nice foam. A citrusy scent. So is the taste. Can't really get NZ flavors here. Still, refreshing, light minus, slightly crisp and drying. A good piece for the ABV.

And something different here inbetween: a fruited sour ale. A beautiful scent with raspberry and blueberry yogurt. Awesome! The sourness is obvious in the taste but definitely not hostile. Sour raspberry, blueberry, faint brett and lactic acid in the palate. Slightly tart, juicy and autumnal.

Turbid deep copper sahti. Fermented banana peel in the air. Faintly worty. The palate gives a good amount of sweet banana, bread, maybe a hint of wort, too. Slightly floury, lip-glueing. Not the best.

This one looks medium-brown. The nose receives a modest sour aroma: lactic acidic contamination probably? The taste puts forward fermented banana skin and a hint of licorice. Feels light, short and distantly tart.
