AX'ALE

4.4
Hazy reddish robe. Low carbonation.
The smell has woody notes, and a cereal perspective. .9
Fruity attack with strawberry and red fruit notes. .9
Then these notes develop further along with yeast notes. .9
The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness and further green wood notes. That’s cool. .8
Overall that’s a very good homemade beer, the pale ale was slightly better but it’s still very good! We have nice developed notes and it’s enjoyable to sip. .9

Then we have some honey floral notes that develop. .9
The aftertaste has nice hop notes with a floral and a resinous dimension. Nice! .9
Overall, that’s an excellent homemade beer! It’s good, refreshing and decently complex. .9
