Super dark robe. The smell is a blend of cacao, lactose, and grilled bread. Some chili notes already appear here. .9 The attack has a nice caramel dimension on top of spicy notes with cinnamon and nutmeg. .9 Then we have some spicy notes of nutmeg and chili, still with a caramel dimension. .9 The aftertaste has vanilla, cacao, caramel, and a bit of nutmeg notes. It’s a very nice complex aftertaste. .9 Overall a complex and nicely balanced stout. It offers nice notes while being not too high in alcohol. It’s a very good and nice original idea to add some chili to it! 1

Very interesting smell with citrus notes mixed with a resinous dimension. .9 The attack is a mix between citrus notes and resinous ones, nice! .9 Then the citrus develops further. .8 The aftertaste has a malt perspective and a little bit of citrus to it. .8 Overall a very interesting and quite original hazy ipa! It’s less citrusy than I’d expect: I was expecting something juicy and very citrusy, but it’s more in the resinous side. It’s still very good! .9

Citrus smell (orange, tangerine), and resinous hop notes. The hop notes remind a bit Marijuana, interesting! .9 Resinous attack with a bit of citrus. .8 Then more hop notes develop further (still with a little Marijuana dimension). .8 The aftertaste offers citrus notes (orange peel) with a resinous dimension. There’s a gentle sweetness that nicely wraps these aromas. .9 Overall a nice west coast! I find the Marijuana notes interesting. The citrus is there and is nicely married to the resinous notes. It’s well balanced but could be more complex and also more powerful. Nice beer though! .8

Hazy robe and beautiful head. The smell is fruity with passion fruit notes and a bit of citrus. We have a malt perspective there too. Good! .9 Passion fruit attack with a malt perspective. .9 Then more floral notes develop and we still have the passion fruit. It’s also nicely unctuous, probably because of the oats! .9 The aftertaste is a bit bitter with also a gentle sweetness. We still have remnants of floral and passion fruit notes. Notes of citrus (orange and a bit of lemon) are also present. .9 Overall, a quite fruity and unctuous beer with a nice passion fruit personality, and nice floral notes as well. They did a good work with the malts and we really feel it during the dégustation! 1

Nice head, a few solid particles in the robe. The smell is citrusy, with notes of orange. There’s also cereal and malt notes. .8 The attack is unctuous, and offers nice orange notes, and cereal notes. .7 Then we continue with the same notes (orange and a bit of malt). .7 The aftertaste is a bit sweet and offers orange and malt notes as well. It’s also quite unctuous. .8 Overall, it’s a very unctuous beer, with nice notes but it’s not very expressive nor complex. It’s however well balanced and enjoyable. Not the best hazy ipa but decent! .7

Tropical fruit, citrus and pineapple on the smell. Tropical fruit attack. Then more piney aromas and citrus notes. Gentle and expressive aftertaste. Very nice beer!
