Very deep dark color. Roasted notes on the smell. .8 The attack has roasted notes. .6 Then more roasted notes, and the olive notes start to appear. .7 We have some olive notes in the end. .8 Overall it’s not very complex but it’s ok. .7

Nice pickle smell. .8 Very frank pickle attack. .8 Then… more pickle! .8 The aftertaste is gentle and has still nice pickle notes with a gentle sweetness.8 Overall we can’t say the beer doesn’t keep its promises since we really feel the pickle! It’s like drinking pickle juice without having the vinegar! It’s not very complex but it’s good though! .8

Not a lot of smell unfortunately. We have a few notes of cereal. .6 Nice attack with cereal aromas. .8 It has a very fresh herbaceous perspective. .9 The aftertaste is a bit herbaceous and tea like. .9 Overall a nice home made beer with good notes. Nice! .8

Nice smell, we have tea notes! .9 The attack is nice, a bit of blood orange. .9 Then the blood orange notes develop along with a bit of tea notes. .9 The aftertaste has blood orange and tea notes. Nice! .9 Nice beer, it is a bit rustic and I like that! .9
